1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of the company Paris Kids Do It Better (the “Seller”) apply to all contracts between a consumer or trader (the “Client”) and the Seller relating to goods/services presented in the Seller’s online shop. The Client’s own conditions are excluded unless agreed otherwise.

1.2 These T&Cs also apply to the purchase and delivery of vouchers unless otherwise agreed.

1.3 A consumer is a natural person acting outside commercial or self-employed activities. A trader acts within their commercial/self-employed activities.

1.4 “Digital content” refers to non-physical digital data provided with defined usage rights.

2.1 Product descriptions in the online shop are not offers but invitations to submit offers.

2.2 The Client submits a binding offer by completing checkout via the online form.

2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five days by confirming the order, delivering goods, or requesting payment. If not accepted in time, the offer is considered rejected.

2.4 Contract text is saved and provided by email; accessible via customer account if created.

2.5 Clients should verify their entries carefully before confirming their order.

2.6 The contract is available in English and French.

2.7 It’s the Client’s responsibility to ensure their email is accurate and receives Seller’s emails.

3.1 Consumers have the legal right to cancel. See cancellation instructions for more details.

4.1 Prices include VAT unless otherwise noted. Additional delivery costs are displayed separately.

4.2 Accepted payment methods are listed in the online shop.

4.3 Prepayments are due upon contract conclusion.

4.4 Payments via PayPal are processed under PayPal’s terms of service.

5.1 Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. PayPal orders are sent to the PayPal address.

5.2 If delivery fails due to Client error, return costs are borne by the Client unless cancellation rights or external factors apply.

5.3 Personal collection is not available.

5.4 Vouchers are delivered via email.

5.5 For international returns, mark packages as "returned goods" to avoid customs fees.

Until full payment is received, the Seller retains ownership of goods delivered in advance.

7.1 Legal provisions apply to defects.

7.2 Clients are encouraged to report transport damage but are not legally required.

8.1 Campaign vouchers are free, time-limited, and non-purchasable; redeemable only during the period stated.

8.2 Specific products may be excluded from use with campaign vouchers.

8.3 Campaign vouchers must be redeemed before order completion.

8.4 One campaign voucher per order.

8.5 If order value is less than the voucher, no remaining credit is issued.

8.6 If the order exceeds voucher value, other payment methods must be used for the difference.

8.7 Campaign vouchers are non-cash redeemable and non-interest bearing.

8.8 If items bought with a campaign voucher are returned, the voucher is void.

8.9 Campaign vouchers are non-transferable. The Seller may verify voucher holder identity.

9.1 Gift vouchers are purchasable and redeemable only in the online shop.

9.2 They are valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase.

9.3 Redeemable only before order completion.

9.4 One gift voucher per order.

9.5 Cannot be used to buy other gift vouchers.

9.6 Balance payments must be made via accepted methods if order exceeds voucher value.

9.7 Not redeemable for cash or interest-bearing.

French & European law applies, excluding international sale of goods laws. Consumer protections under local law still apply.
